Clients are solely responsible for submitting their own proposals and bids. Apex Procurement Advisors reviews and coaches suppliers to maximize their chances of being deemed responsive and awarded the contract. We do not guarantee that any contract will be awarded — government procurement decisions are made solely by the contracting agency and are outside our control. Our role is to give you a competitive advantage and raise your chances of success.
Proposal & Bid Consultation Fee
All proposal and bid consultation engagements include a commission based on total contract value, payable upon contract award as a lump sum or in quarterly installments over the contract term. Aviation-related projects: 10% gross revenue fee. All other projects: 5–8%, depending on project length and complexity. Applies to all clients — whether one-time or on retainer.
