Services Description
Apex Procurement Advisors provides procurement consulting services, including government contract brokering, airport vendor consulting, and procurement process auditing. Specific service deliverables and pricing are outlined in individual engagement agreements.
No Guarantee of Results
Clients are solely responsible for submitting their own proposals and bids. Apex Procurement Advisors reviews and coaches suppliers to maximize their chances of being deemed responsive and awarded the contract. We do not guarantee that any specific contract will be awarded — government procurement decisions are made solely by the contracting agency and are outside our control. Our role is to give you a competitive advantage and raise your chances of success, not to guarantee an outcome.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are solely responsible for submitting their own proposals and bids, providing accurate information, meeting submission deadlines, and complying with all applicable laws and regulations. Apex Procurement Advisors provides review, coaching, and strategic guidance only — we do not submit proposals or bids on the client's behalf. We are not responsible for delays or losses resulting from incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the client, or for the final contract award decision.
Payment Terms
Service package fees are due as specified in your engagement agreement. Commission-based consultation fees are due upon successful contract award: 10% of gross revenue for aviation-related projects, and 5–8% for all other projects depending on project length and complexity. Late payments may incur additional charges.
Confidentiality
We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information, business strategies, and proprietary data shared during our engagement. We do not disclose client information to third parties without consent, except as required by law.
Limitation of Liability
Apex Procurement Advisors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our consulting services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by the client for the specific engagement in question.
